Summary
[edit]Description1780 Wedgewood dish (UBC).jpg |
English: This Josiah Wedgewood creamware moulded dish dates to circa 1780. It is located in the Koerner European Ceramic Gallery of UBC's Museum of Anthropology in Vancouver, Canada and its museum label number is Cg321. Wedgewood creamwares were well suited towards mass production since they could be easily moulded, stamped, pierced and decorated with transfer-prints. Its glaze did not chip either. |
